The Training Program is a Service (Training Program, Conference, Course, Training, Master Class, Lecture, Consultation and / or others), where the Service is provided in the format of live events and / or online with a specifically identified, unilaterally Expert (Speaker) , venue, format, theme, program, date and time. Program of the event – detailed conditions for the provision of a particular Service, which includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: title, general information, subject, content and curriculum, names of speakers, total duration, number of hours and schedule (schedule) , the cost of the Service.
The Administration allows Users to view and download information from the site only for personal non-commercial use, provided that all information about copyright and related rights, other information about the ownership contained in the source materials and any copies thereof.
It is forbidden to change the materials / information of this Site, as well as to distribute or display them in any form or use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes.
All textual information and graphic images published on the Site are the property of the Administration and / or its contractors. The names of trademarks, trademarks and logos posted on the Site are the property of the Site.

4.5.6. Advertising (not agreed with the Administration of the Site), commercial messages, as well as messages that do not have an information load and do not relate to the subject of the Site.
4.5.7. Any notifications and other actions that are prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
5. Procedure, terms and conditions of providing services. Payment methods.
5.1. Users can read the current information about the services on the Site, and the training programs in the “Training Programs” section by filling out the registration form for feedback.
5.2. Depending on each training program, conditions are determined (schedule (days and hours), terms of training, organizational conditions)). The current conditions, schedule, training program, address, cost and dates of the Events are published on the Site and / or sent to the e-mail address of the User, no later than 3 working days before the start of the Services.
The site administration has the right to change the schedule, program, address, cost and date of the Events without the consent of the Customer, notifying the Customer in advance but not later than 24 hours before the change.
5.3. The cost of the Services is determined according to the cost of each specific Event (Training Program) on the date of its order, and are published on the Site and / or sent to the e-mail address of the User of the Site.
5.4. Services, information about which is posted on the Site, are provided to the Customer on condition of 100% prepayment or partial prepayment depending on each specific Event (Training Program), by transferring funds to the current account of KSDU. Serhiy Nyzhny. The cost of additional paid services is determined by the Administration of the Site at its discretion and published on the site – kspa.com.ua/en.
5.5. Services are considered paid from the moment of payment through the Liqpay service, Wayforpay, or other payment systems and / or through banking institutions.
Also, payment for services can be made using a payment card through the site.
5.6. Paid, but not used in due time Services are considered provided and their cost is not refundable. In case of refusal to participate in the Event (Training Program) less than 3 days before the start of services, the prepayment is not refundable.
Paid services for the event (training program) can be transferred (credited) to the next event (training program), and are not returned to the User (customer).
5.7. The cost of services may be changed by the Site unilaterally by publishing on the Site. In this case, the paid Services are provided at the value in effect at the time of such payment.
5.8. The User (Customer of services) is independently responsible for the correctness of the payments made by him.
6.1. Under no circumstances shall the Site Administration be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, actual or incidental damages or incidental penalty losses (including, without limitation, damages caused by loss of business, failure to enter into a contract , non-receipt of income, data, information or interruption in productive activities), which arose as a result of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site or its content; or in connection with these Rules, even if the Site Administration has been notified of the possibility of such damage or violation.

7.Settlement of Disputes

If the dispute is not resolved by the claim procedure as provided above, such dispute may be settled in court.
8.Termination of access to the Site
8.1. The user can terminate the account at any time. The user will receive an automatic confirmation via email that the application for account deletion has been accepted and your access will be terminated within 3 days.
8.2. The Administration may, in its sole discretion, remove or suspend access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including, violation or non-compliance with these Rules.
8.3. These Rules are applied in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes concerning the implementation of these Rules will be resolved by the relevant court, in the manner prescribed by current legislation of Ukraine.
