of the International Economic Forum (KMEF), a corresponding member of the World Economic Forum
Academy of Science and Art, Doctor of Economics
In 2022, he headed the international educational initiative Ukraine Global Faculty, which organizes
lectures by leading professors of foreign universities and experts from around the world
name for Ukrainians.
From 2014 to 2019 – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on
of industrial policy and entrepreneurship, co-chairman of the deputy group
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on inter-parliamentary relations with the USA, deputy chairman
Ukrainian part of the Parliamentary Committee of the Association.

Supporter of industrial and innovative development. Recognized as the most effective
lawmaker in the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation. He is the author-developer of more than 30
economic laws adopted by the parliament, aimed at improvement
investment climate, support of small and medium-sized enterprises, development
industry and export promotion.
In 1998-2014, he worked his way up from the project manager to the corporate sector
of functional units in the consulting business to the top manager in
investment business and head of the high-tech industry association
companies.

Doctor of Economic Sciences. Author of the course “Economic Engineering”. Professor of the Institute
applied system analysis KPI named after Igor Sikorskyi, a lecturer at the Kyiv School
of State Administration (KSHDU), adjunct professor of Kyiv-Mohyla business
school (KMBSH). Participant of Aspen Institute Kyiv programs. Studying at Harvard University
Business School (USA). He also studied and trained in Japan,
Great Britain and the EU.
