Cruel wars take place amidst an information and semantic war for the reality. Information and propaganda are redefining the conflicts of our era. Social technologies have great potential to influence the formation of mass consciousness and behaviour.

Engineering public consciousness is a challenge and an opportunity at the same time. As a nation fighting for its right to freedom and aiming to defeat the aggressor forever, we shall use it to consolidate the (de)occupied regions, territories on the contact line, and regions where a dozen villages remain under Ukrainian control. Leaders of different levels and subjectivities are capable of shaping behavioural patterns of Ukrainian identity.

THE NATURE OF CONFLICTS HAS UNDERGONE A SIGNIFICANT SHIFT IN RECENT TIMES. IT IS NOW CRUCIAL TO EMERGE VICTORIOUS IN THE BATTLE OF WORDS AND NARRATIVES, AS OPPOSED TO SIMPLY POSSESSING THE MOST POTENT WEAPONS. THE LINES SEPARATING POLITICS AND WAR HAVE BECOME INCREASINGLY BLURRED, AND THE POLITICAL LANDSCAPE HAS NEVER BEEN MORE UNSTABLE.
