Online learning at Alfred Nobel University and Coventry University (UK) and 9 offline modules at the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy.

Language of instruction: Ukrainian and English

Two European master’s degrees: a degree from Coventry University (United Kingdom), recognised in more than 130 countries, and from Alfred Nobel University (Ukraine) with a European supplement, which is 100% nostrified in 128 countries, and a certificate from the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy

The City Management double degree programme is implemented as part of the Twinning programme with the support of an initiative launched under the patronage of the President of Ukraine in cooperation with British universities, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the London-based charity Mosaik Education. The initiative aims to strengthen Ukrainian education by introducing dual degree programmes between Ukrainian and British higher education institutions.

THE TRAINING PROGRAMME INCLUDES

Searching for new opportunities in development-oriented companies and institutions with a vision for jointly shaping the development of smart cities of the future.

Improving business models for industrial and urban ecosystem revitalisation for useful and practical implementation.

Developing successful multi-stakeholder interregional initiatives in line with best international practices.

Cooperating and partnering with international organisations, including UN agencies, the World Bank and the EBRD, as well as national, regional and municipal planning and development a gencies.

To develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead post-war reconstruction projects based on the Smart City concept and promote sustainable development in the country:

Case studies, master classes, interactive sessions, mentoring to develop practical project management skills.

Practical modules based at the Kyiv School of Public Administration named after Serhiy Nyzhnyy and in 50+ Ukrainian state and business organisations, state administration and local self-government bodies with the possibility of a one-month internship at the European campus of Coventry University

Innovative disciplines, methods and technologies

Design thinking, AI systems, green innovations, art therapy combined with VR and AR technologies at Fusion-room sessions to achieve a deep understanding of the material

Leadership and social responsibility

Knowledge, skills and tools for managing leadership and social responsibility strategies in regional and urban development in line with the Global Sustainable Development Goals

Admission requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in another speciality or educational and qualification level of a specialist.
  • Availability of relevant educational documents. The academic performance of persons who may begin studying under this programme is determined based on the appendices to their educational documents, the results of entrance examinations established by current legislation, and a professional entrance examination at Alfred Nobel University in accordance with the admission rules for the year of admission.
