Corporate culture ensures the company’s sustainability, readiness to implement changes, and effective strategic management. Organisations with a healthy and balanced culture can better cope with various external challenges, including war and post-war times. The power of understanding one’s own identity, open communication and mature leadership create the necessary framework for sustainability and internal balance.
A healthy culture is an inclusive culture that manifests itself as an opportunity for everyone to be themselves and show up in their identity. This is especially important now, in times of war, as inclusive culture is no longer a nice to have, but a must-have option.

THE WORKSHOP IS AIMED AT EXPLORING THE LINKS BETWEEN CORPORATE CULTURE AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE, AS WELL AS THE NATURE OF THESE FACTORS, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT MODERN CHALLENGES AND THE INCLUSIVENESS OF CORPORATE CULTURE

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR

  1. HRD/HRBP/Head of HR
  2. project/change managers
  3. managers/executives/leaders
  4. all those responsible for corporate culture, organisational development and transformation

Culture is what makes a company unique. You can copy the strategy, but you can never copy the culture.
