Co-founder and Director of Economic Programs at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. Independent member of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, member of the CEO Club. Member of the board of several technology companies. From 2003 to 2010, he headed Altana Capital Group (about $5 billion in M&A transactions). He worked at the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (since 2011, he has been a member of the National Commission). He holds an MBA degree in International Economics.
