This is a comprehensive interdisciplinary programme for managers who want to understand how data, statistics and analytics work and how to transform them into management decisions, strategies and policies.
This programme is unique in its structure, as it is the first to integrally combine data as a source of influence, statistics as a language of precise analysis, and analytics as a decision-making tool. It helps managers not only to operate with numbers, but also to see patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities behind them.

As a result, participants will learn to formulate sound policies, effective business models, and development strategies at all levels — from ministries to hromadas (communities), from businesses to start-ups.
The programme allows you to ‘move beyond Excel’ and intuitive vision and understand the systematic nature of data, statistics, and analytics for decisions, strategies, policies, and scenarios.

This is a unique programme covering three levels:

  • Macro level — global trends, transnational information flows, global databases and chains of influence;
  • Meso level — national analytics, sectoral data, ministry statistics, economic and regulatory indicators;
  • Micro level — data analytics within organisations, enterprises, companies, and teams.The programme works with data in two key dimensions: in the form of numbers (indicators, metrics, indices, graphs) and in the form of information flows (contexts, reports, analytical documents, signals). This approach creates a comprehensive architecture of understanding that allows you to not only read data, but also see interrelationships, systemic consequences, and managerial influences.

  2. Orientation in the global data landscape
    Ability to use global databases (IMF, OECD, Eurostat, UNData, etc.), understand transnational information flows, trends and risks affecting the country, business or sector.
  3. Building comprehensive industry analytics
    Ability to assess markets, industries, risks and potential based on data from relevant ministries, associations, government and international sources.
  4. Interpretation of financial and macroeconomic indicators
    Knowledge of the impact of inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity markets on national policies, corporate finances and investments.
  5. Working with regulatory and legislative data
    Participants will be able to conduct analytical assessments of the regulatory environment (policy analysis, RIA), track changes, and analyse their impact on the organisation, business, industry, or hromada (community).
  6. Using statistics in decision-making
    Deep understanding of the basics of statistics: correlations, trends, deviations, causality analysis and visualisations — without manipulation or errors.
  7. Building analytical reports, policy briefs and data stories
    Skills in writing short analytical materials with clear logic, evidence, visualisation and impact on decision-making.
  8. Assessing data quality and reliability
    Participants will learn to verify sources, check for consistency and accuracy, and identify false or manipulative data.
  9. Using artificial intelligence to work with data
    Understanding the role of AI in automating analytics, generating insights, black box risks, and ethical challenges.
  10. Forecasting based on analytics
    Creating scenarios, using predictive models, analysing trends, and building probabilistic estimates.
  11. Interaction with think tanks and international structures

  • form an analytical office/function in a government agency, business, or public organisation;
  • integrate AI and digital solutions into your institution’s analytical work;
