The aim of the training is to unlock leadership and communication potential before, during and after a crisis.

In times of war, uncertainty, and ongoing change, leaders need to build effective communications with teams, internal and external stakeholders.
Storytelling is a communication tool for overcoming a crisis. When reality breaks down into many cognitive fragments, management needs to quickly regain control of the chaos.
Narrative tools can explain how leaders respond to a crisis, plan their agenda, achieve results, and increase the legitimacy of their actions. Strategic storytelling is a tool for leaders to change the information environment, manage expectations, and scale their influence. In the end, the winner is the one with the most compelling story.

This training is unique as it provides leaders with a practical toolkit for strategic crisis communication management in times of war, uncertainty and large-scale change.

By combining strategic thinking, storytelling skills, and practical techniques for managing crisis communication, the training provides a unique experience that will help leaders maintain control, build trust, and scale their impact in critical times.
