Philosophers explain terms by pairing them with opposites. It is impossible to understand what good is without considering evil. It is impossible to understand what MEANING is without mentioning NONSENSE.
Let’s talk about sense and nonsense by exploring Lewis Carroll’s famous fairy tale, Alice in Wonderland, which is a classic of absurd literature.

This meeting is an unusual intellectual experience for managers, top executives and officials who make decisions in conditions of uncertainty. It combines philosophical depth with artistic thinking, opening up a new way of understanding management challenges.

The focus is on a pair of opposites: meaning and nonsense. After all, the key skill of a leader is the ability to find meaning in chaos, to see logic where there seems to be only nonsense, and to form benchmarks in a world of constant change.

Lewis Carroll’s fairy tale Alice in Wonderland, a classic of absurd literature, becomes in this lecture not a children’s story, but a practical tool for philosophical reflection on the reality in which important decisions have to be made. Through Carroll’s images, participants encounter questions of power, order, identity, time, and paradoxes of logic in a form that allows them not only to expand intellectually, but also to rethink their managerial intuition.

This session:

  • stimulates strategic thinking beyond standard logical analysis;
  • teaches how to work with opposites as a source of solutions;
  • shows how philosophical ideas help shape a stable management position;
  • creates space for internal dialogue that strengthens the personal depth of a leader.

In a world where we increasingly have to operate in conditions of instability, nonsense becomes the new context, and the ability to find meaning in it becomes a strategic advantage.
