Ukrainian economist and public figure, President of the Ukrainian Association of the Rome Club, CEO of Ukraine Global Faculty, member of the Supervisory Board of the Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF), corresponding member of the World Academy of Science and Art, Ph.D. From 2014 to 2019, he was a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, and Co-Chairman of the Parliamentary Group on Interparliamentary Relations with the United States. He is a supporter of industrial and innovative development. Recognized as the most effective lawmaker in the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation. Author and developer of more than 30 economic laws adopted by the Parliament. Author of the course “Economic Engineering”. Professor of the Institute of Applied Systems Analysis at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, visiting professor at Kyiv Mohyla Business School (KMBS), lecturer at Kyiv School of Public Administration (KSPA). He is a member of the Aspen Institute Kyiv programs and is currently studying at Harvard Business School.
