Every day we communicate with other people: we defend our position by participating in public discussions or negotiations, commenting on social media posts, speaking in front of an audience, convincing colleagues, friends, and relatives of what is important to us.
But do you know how to argue in a way that achieves your goal? Why are the results of your communications sometimes disappointing? Does it happen that you are so immersed in the process of communication that you do not notice your own mistakes or those of the interlocutor, fall under manipulation, and cannot resist all kinds of provocations?
In this course, you will learn how to convincingly defend your position in both everyday and professional communications. You will learn practical tools that will help you be confident when communicating with others. Understand effective mechanisms of influence on your opponent/audience. Learn algorithms for resisting manipulation techniques. By improving your meta-skills on cases designed for different types of disputes, you will be able to become a professional communicator who can overcome the difficulties of any dispute.

THE MAIN GOAL OF THE COURSE IS TO TEACH STUDENTS TOOLS THAT THEY CAN USE WHEN PARTICIPATING IN DISPUTES OF VARIOUS TYPES IN BOTH EVERYDAY AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE.
