Transformational Anthropology is Oleksandr Filonenko’s original programme about humans as a source of change in the world. It combines an anthropological approach, managerial thinking, and spiritual depth. Through a combination of philosophy, the latest leadership practices, and a culture of co-creation, participants will explore how inner virtues, calling, and beauty can become drivers of personal and social transformation.

The programme focuses on three thematic areas

  1. The transformative individual — about the language of virtues, the desire to serve and the courage to travel (accompanied by Dante).
  2. Transformative solutions — about new ways of seeing and acting (based on the practices of Otto Scharmer and the concept of ’sofiness”).
  3. Transformative communities — about small groups, teams and communities as environments for the birth of new forms of coexistence. From networks to ‘unity’, from joint action to the Republic of Gardeners.

THIS COURSE IS FOR

  1. Managers and leaders seeking deeper meaning in their work
  2. Inspirers of communities, cultural projects, and social initiatives
  3. Facilitators, mentors, personal and organisational development coaches
  4. Intellectuals and change agents who seek to combine ethics, beauty, and action
  5. New types of entrepreneurs — creators, not just consumers of innovation
  6. Anyone looking for a new language to describe change — in themselves, in teams, in society

Becoming aware of yourself as an agent of change — with a deeper understanding of your calling, inner ethics, and sources of action.

Mastering the language of virtues as a tool for personal growth, teamwork, and leadership.

Being able to see ‘blind spots’ in thinking, management, and social processes — and form decisions that come from an inner vision (presencing).

Having skills to implement transformational ideas through team action, co-creation practices, and networking.

Understanding the logic and dynamics of ‘small group – team – community’ as the basis for new social structures.

Experience in applying philosophical, spiritual and cultural guidelines (Dante, Sophia, Sharmer) in management and change practice.

Ability to work in a ‘mode of unity’ — making decisions and acting in a shared field of meaning.
