The current state of AI sets a whole new standard. The question here isn’t ‘how to use AI’, but ‘what kind of leader will I remain when AI is already thinking alongside me?’
Agents operating without your involvement. Algorithms influencing decisions. Teams where part of the ‘mental work’ has been taken over by machines. This is no longer the future — it is your reality right now. And it demands a different way of thinking.
This workshop is not a series of tutorials on tools. Here, we’ll explore how AI is changing the very logic of management: who is responsible for decisions when an algorithm is in the chain; where an experienced manager’s intuition is more accurate than analytics; how to remain convincing when your audience knows the text might not have been written by you; and, most importantly, what’s the point of you if a machine does half the work.

FORMAT

1. Two days of intensive training (6 hours each)

2. Theory and practice — each module concludes with hands-on work on your case study

3. Mentoring by Yanina Khizhinska — personalised feedback during practical exercises

4. Coffee breaks and networking

5. KSPA certificate

THE TRAINING PROGRAMME INCLUDES

Day 1: AI 3.0 LEADERSHIP
Thinking. Decisions. Power.

  1. 10:00 – 11:30 | A NEW LEVEL OF AI THINKING
How AI is transforming the very architecture of leadership thinking — not just what to do with tools, but how to think differently when a machine is thinking alongside you.
From AI user to AI leader: what’s the difference?
Systems thinking in the age of agents: new mental models
How not to lose your own thinking in the flood of AI content
Metacognition and AI: how to train what a machine cannot replace
  2. 12:00 – 13:30 | AI + DECISION-MAKING IN UNCERTAIN CONDITIONS
Leaders always make decisions without complete information. AI is changing the rules of the game — but not in the way it seems.
Where AI truly enhances the quality of decisions — and where it creates an illusion of certainty
AI + intuition: when a leader’s experience is more accurate than analytics (and vice versa)
How to calibrate your own intuition through dialogue with the model
Practical session: analysing a real management decision supported by AI
  3. 14:30 – 16:00 | AI AGENTS: A NEW OPERATIONAL REALITY
Agents are AI in action. Without constant prompts. Without your involvement at every step. This is no longer a tool; it is a system.
What are AI agents and how are they already changing business processes
Analyst agent, monitor agent, assistant agent — architecture for management tasks
How to assign a task to an agent: how this differs from a prompt
Risks of autonomy: where human control is needed
Practical session: assembling your first agent for your task
  4. 16:30 – 18:00 | AI + POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY
Who actually makes the decisions when there is an algorithm in the chain? This is not an abstract question — it is already your reality.
Algorithms in management systems: where they help and where they take power
Who is accountable when AI makes a mistake: real-world case studies
The AI Act and regulatory changes — what managers need to know right now

Day 2: AI 3.0 HUMAN
Belief. Team. Purpose. Future.

  1. 10:00 – 11:30 | AI + STORYTELLING AND CONVINCING
A leader is someone who leads others. AI is already changing rhetoric, beliefs and communication. How do you remain authentic and persuasive when your audience knows you could have generated it?
Trust in the age of AI: why authenticity is becoming the key competitive advantage
How AI is changing the perception of public communication — and what this means for a leader
Where AI amplifies your voice, and where it blurs your personality
The structure of a persuasive narrative that doesn’t read as ‘generated’
Practical exercise: rewriting your key communications with AI — and staying true to yourself
  2. 12:00 – 13:30 | AI + TEAM
When AI handles part of the analytical and creative work — what remains human in management? And how do you lead a team in these conditions?
How does the manager’s role change when AI takes on some of the tasks
Motivation and productivity: new challenges for HR and managers
How to introduce AI into the team without resistance or panic
New performance metrics: what to measure when a machine handles the routine
Practical exercise: an AI audit of your team — where to automate, where to develop people
  3. 14:30 – 16:00 | AI + SENSE OF MOTIVATION
If a machine does half the work — what am I for? Your people are already asking this question. A leader who has no answer loses their team.
The crisis of meaning in the AI era: a real threat or an exaggeration
How to reframe the value of human work — for yourself and for the team
What motivates people when routine disappears
The leader as a bearer of meaning: a new role in times of transformation
Practical session: a session with your AI coach — exploring your own answers to these questions
  4. 16:30 – 18:00 | AI + THE FUTURE OF YOUR SECTOR
Not the general ‘future of work’. Specifically — your department, your business, your role. Where will you be in 3 years’ time?
Practical futurism: how to think about the future without fantasy or panic
Scenario planning with AI: tools for strategic foresight
Which roles will disappear, which will emerge — and how to prepare your organisation now
Practical session: each participant leaves with an AI scenario for their industry for 2027
