When working with people, there comes a point where nothing has gone wrong yet, but results have already started to decline.

This is usually attributed to motivation, personality or circumstances. But in practice, people’s behaviour follows a clear internal logic: actions stem from a state of mind, a state of mind from thinking, and thinking from perceptions of the world around us and our beliefs.

In this lecture, we will explore how to truly interpret these processes.
How to spot the warning signs before they become problems.
How to distinguish between fatigue and a loss of engagement, resistance and burnout, and resentment and a mature decision to leave.

We’ll discuss common mistakes in interpersonal relationships that cost teams and results. And how to act differently: more accurately, more calmly, and with greater impact.

This is a conversation for those who work with people and are accountable for results.
It’s about gaining a deeper understanding, taking timely action, and not losing sight of those who still have the potential to grow alongside you.

We recommend this lecture

  • To those who work with people and are responsible for results (team leaders, middle and senior managers, project/product/operations managers)
  • Top management and business owners
  • Those who assess people and build teams, working in talent development (HR and People functions, HRD, HRBP, talent development / L&D recruiters)
  • Government officials and representatives of the public sector (department heads, deputy ministers, team leaders)
  • Leaders of change and transformation (reform leaders, heads of new divisions/projects)
  • Anyone who wants to better ‘read people’ (managers who feel that
‘something is wrong’ but cannot explain it, when people are still working but are already ‘falling behind’)
  • Anyone building long-term teams (managers who do not want to “put out fires” but seek to invest in people’s development)
