The topic of inclusive leadership is gaining critical importance now, when there is a significant shortage of personnel in the context of war. In such a situation, it becomes crucial for managers responsible for strategic development and operations to rethink their approach to HR management. Instead of looking for external resources, efforts should be directed at unlocking and transforming the potential of existing employees. This is why inclusive leadership is becoming a powerful tool for increasing the efficiency, adaptability and motivation of teams, especially in times of human resource shortages.

In the global practice, inclusive leadership has already proven to be a key approach to ensuring business efficiency by harnessing the potential of diversity.
During the workshop, you will learn how the principles of inclusion and diversity can enhance operational dynamics, contribute to business performance and help unite teams to achieve strategic goals.

Nina Dombrovska has practical experience in applying inclusive leadership during her time at Henkel Ukraine. Understanding this topic today is a must-have for CEOs and top management, and for boards of directors it is a basic skill without which there can be no effective board.
During the lecture-workshop, you will be able to make a self-assessment of your level of inclusive culture, as well as understand your type of thinking and performance.

What is inclusive leadership and what types of inclusiveness exist?

  • What is behind the concepts of equity, inclusiveness/barrier-free and why are they gaining momentum so rapidly (and what role does the war play in the changes)?
  • How do diversity and inclusion correlate with business efficiency and operational dynamics?
  • What personal qualities characterise inclusive leaders: how is the paradigm changing in the 21st century from authoritarianism to inclusive leadership?
  • The concept of ‘bias’, its types and its impact on management and people’s attitudes. How does ignorance turn into discrimination and the loss of motivation of others?
  • Why are diversity and inclusiveness the basis for forming and functioning new age teams, and what are the benefits?
