Executive Management is a practical programme for business owners, CEOs and C-level executives responsible for operational processes.
Most businesses lose efficiency and the ability to scale when processes within the company exist as separate functions:

  • finance and operations are not interconnected
  • sales are not synchronised with production
  • marketing creates demand that the business cannot sustain
  • decisions are made intuitively rather than based on systematic logic

As a result, managers are constantly forced to ‘put out fires’ instead of managing the business holistically and systematically.

 

The programme is structured as a comprehensive management cycle

  1. First, participants go through the key business functions — strategy, operational processes, finance, marketing and sales — to view the company as a system, understand the interrelationships and identify areas for growth and limitations. At this stage, a pool of management decisions and ideas for change is formed, addressing the real challenges facing the business.
  2. Next, participants integrate these findings into an updated business model and the company’s future strategy, aligning all functions within a single development framework.
  3. The final module focuses on Change Management — not only to formulate the right decisions but also to ensure their implementation: overcoming resistance, establishing a change process and seeing the transformation through to a successful outcome.

  3. Finance → how performance is measured and managed
  4. Marketing and Sales → how demand is generated and monetised
  5. Change Management → how changes are implemented

This programme is designed for

Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing Directors who are already effectively performing the role of COO or CEO, but do not have full control over the entire organisation; who are forced to ‘patch up’ issues across different functions; and who wish to move towards holistic business management

Programme Outcome
