1) The programme is structured around specific tools rather than general management theory. Participants work through more than 20 practical models — Process Ownership, Operating Model Canvas, Scalability Assessment, Lean Waste Analysis, S&OP Logic and others — which provide a comprehensive framework for managing a business’s operational system: from process architecture and metrics to scalability, quality and supply chains.
2) A pre-recorded online module from the London School of Business Administration — the English-language component of the programme, which is internationally recognised. Participants receive a certificate of completion for the ‘Operations and Process Management’ course, confirming their proficiency in operations management in accordance with international standards.
